ICF Concrete Homes
Cannon Construction, Inc. has been building ICF-formed
concrete basements since 1996. In 2002, we built our
first all concrete home. Since that time, we have
been using this technology in residential and commercial construction.
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are polystyrene foam sheets that are held together by ties. The cavity that is created is filled with concrete. The result is a solid concrete wall that is insulated on each side with polystyrene foam. Cannon Construction, Inc. uses Phoenix System forms. The strength of their tie makes them the leader in the industry.
